The Kokaji Blue #2 Damascus Gyuto is crafted with expertise by Kokajikai in Sakai. It boasts a 9-layer Damascus blade with a Blue #2 Carbon Steel Core and a Rockwell hardness of 62-63. A double beveled 50:50 bevel angle edges and an octagonal Wa handle of Japanese Magnolia wood and water buffalo horn ferrule ensure a secure, comfortable grip. The 24cm Kiritsuke tip ensures precise cutting. Presented in a Paulownia wood box, it's a treasured heirloom.
